Senior Accountant

We're looking for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with strong General Ledger and financial reporting experience to join our Finance team as a Senior Accountant.

In this role, you'll own key accounting processes, support financial reporting, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial records. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key role in audit and compliance activities.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Prepare and post journal entries (accruals, reclassifications, intercompany)
• Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare financial reports and analysis for management
• Support audit requirements and ensure documentation is audit-ready
• Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and company policies
• Conduct financial analysis and variance review
• Participate in process improvements and cross-functional projects
• Review work of junior team members and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:

• CPA (required)
• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field
• 3–6+ years of experience in General Accounting, GL, or Audit
• Strong knowledge of:
• Financial reporting (GAAP/IFRS)
• General ledger and closing processes
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience in audit (Big 4 or mid-tier) or structured accounting environments
• Exposure to multinational or shared services setup
• Experience in internal controls or SOX environment (preferred)
• Background in technical accounting or complex transactions
