Schedule: Morning Shift (06:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or related field.
- At least 5 years + of previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
- Experience with accounting software and systems, such as Xero
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
What you will do
Financial Management & Reporting
- Manage the company's general ledger, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Oversee preparation of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow) ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including annual budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Manage tax compliance, including preparation and filing of tax returns for review by external tax advisors.
Operational Finance
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Manage customer agreements and invoicing within ConnectWise Manage (ERP).
- Oversee vendor reconciliations and ensure procurement processes comply with finance policies and requirements.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Support and implement financial planning frameworks including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
