JOB POSITION: Senior Account Manager
Job Description
The Senior Account Manager plays a vital leadership role in overseeing key client relationships, managing high-impact campaigns, and driving the strategic direction of accounts. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution, client satisfaction, and continuous business growth through strategic planning, effective team management, and cross-functional collaboration.
In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between the agency and top-tier clients, ensuring the delivery of excellent service and measurable results. You will also supervise account executives and coordinators, providing direction, mentorship, and performance management to help them succeed and grow within the organization.
This position requires a strategic thinker and proactive leader who possesses strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills, capable of managing both the bigger picture and day-to-day operations. Success in this role is defined by strong client relationships, team leadership, successful campaign delivery, and the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager, Advertising Account Executive, or in a similar senior-level client-facing role within a marketing, advertising, or communications agency
Strong client relationship management and strategic project leadership skills
In-depth understanding of marketing and advertising principles across multiple platforms (digital, traditional, and integrated campaigns)
Proficient in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with project management and CRM tools is a plus
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-level accounts across diverse industries while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and negotiation capabilities
Collaborative team player with leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior team members
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to performance and decision-making
Other Details
Currently working in a hybrid setup (combination of remote and onsite work)
Flexible and available to report onsite at the Makati office as required
May be required to work on weekends, depending on internally agreed schedules
Open to attending in-person client meetings upon request
Willing to travel for out-of-town business events and engagement
Has a stable internet connection suitable for remote work
A minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps is preferred
Capable of handling both internal and external virtual meetings effectively
A company-issued laptop will be provided for official use
SALARY RANGE: 20,000. 00 - 40,000.00
WORK LOCATIONS: Makati City
WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM - 6:00/ Monday to Friday (please note that we are on a hybrid setup, we report to the office or client's office as needed and required.)
