Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager (Full-time, Remote) to lead the delivery and growth of key client accounts across a portfolio of creative, content, and digital campaign projects.

This role combines senior-level client ownership, delivery oversight, and commercial responsibility. You will ensure high-quality execution across multiple freelancers and workstreams while strengthening long-term client relationships and identifying opportunities for account expansion. You will operate at the centre of the client–talent ecosystem, balancing client expectations, delivery quality, and resource coordination across concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

ACCOUNT LEADERSHIP & CLIENT MANAGEMENT

  • Own and manage senior client relationships across key accounts.
  • Act as the main escalation point for clients and internal teams.
  • Lead client communication, ensuring clarity, alignment, and proactive updates.
  • Oversee onboarding, scoping, and solutioning for complex or multi-layered briefs.

DELIVERY OVERSIGHT (CREATIVE & CONTENT)

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple project types, including:
  • Social media content and campaign assets
  • Copywriting, editorial, and long-form content
  • Digital creative production (ads, banners, landing pages)
  • Integrated campaign support materials
  • Ensure all deliverables meet timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
  • Anticipate risks, dependencies, and resourcing issues before escalation.
  • Maintain strong quality control across all outputs.

ACCOUNT GROWTH & STRATEGY

  • Identify opportunities to expand the scope within existing accounts.
  • Support upselling conversations with internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to account planning and client relationship strategy.
  • Provide insights to improve delivery efficiency and client experience.

TEAM & WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT

  • Coordinate multiple freelancers and specialists across concurrent projects.
  • Ensure structured workflows from brief, through production and review, to delivery.
  • Enforce briefing standards to improve delivery quality.
  • Support junior team members where required.

Requirements

  • At least 6–10+ years of experience in account management, client services, or delivery leadership.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, content operations, creative production, or agency environments.
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of integrated content and campaign workflows.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and senior client communication skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness (retention, upsell, account growth).
  • Highly organised with strong operational and problem-solving ability.
  • Comfortable working with distributed freelance or remote teams.
