We are seeking a Senior Account Manager (Full-time, Remote) to lead the delivery and growth of key client accounts across a portfolio of creative, content, and digital campaign projects.
This role combines senior-level client ownership, delivery oversight, and commercial responsibility. You will ensure high-quality execution across multiple freelancers and workstreams while strengthening long-term client relationships and identifying opportunities for account expansion. You will operate at the centre of the client–talent ecosystem, balancing client expectations, delivery quality, and resource coordination across concurrent projects.
