About the Role
We're seeking a strategic Senior Account Manager to drive marketing initiatives for our expanding portfolio of enterprise clients. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across multiple digital disciplines, requiring someone who can seamlessly transition from high-level strategy to tactical implementation while managing complex, multi-channel campaigns and overseeing creative content production.
What You'll Do
Client Partnership & Strategy
Serve as the primary strategic partner for 3-5 major enterprise accounts, building deep relationships with C-level executives and marketing leaders
Develop comprehensive growth strategies that span multiple channels and touchpoints
Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions
Identify expansion opportunities and upselling potential within existing accounts
Cross-Disciplinary Campaign Management
Own end-to-end campaign performance across SEO, paid media, web development, ecommerce, creative production, and analytics
Collaborate with specialized teams while maintaining strategic oversight and accountability
Ensure seamless integration between channels for maximum synergy and ROI
Drive data-driven decision making across all marketing initiatives
Creative & Content Strategy
Partner with creative teams to develop compelling brand narratives and campaign concepts
Oversee content production pipelines ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
Guide creative testing strategies to optimize messaging and visual performance
Collaborate on brand positioning and messaging frameworks for different audience segments
Ensure creative assets are optimized for each channel while maintaining brand integrity
Performance Marketing Excellence
Design and execute sophisticated performance marketing strategies combining paid search, social, display, and emerging channels
Optimize conversion funnels and customer acquisition costs across multiple touchpoints
Implement advanced tracking and attribution models to measure true campaign impact
Ecommerce & Conversion Optimization
Partner with web development teams to optimize user experience and conversion rates
Develop comprehensive ecommerce growth strategies including marketplace expansion
Lead A/B testing initiatives and conversion rate optimization programs
Analytics & Reporting
Build sophisticated reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights
Present quarterly performance reviews to client stakeholders
Translate complex data into strategic recommendations and growth opportunities
What You Bring
Experience & Background
5-7 years in digital marketing with demonstrated success managing enterprise accounts (Php 500K+ monthly spend)
Proven track record of driving measurable growth across multiple digital channels
Experience working with enterprise clients before or with high-growth companies
Strong background in performance marketing and data analysis
Technical Skills
Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and emerging ad platforms
Proficiency with analytics platforms(Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
Understanding of SEO best practices and technical implementation
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, custom solutions)
Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems
Basic understanding of web development and UX principles
Strategic Capabilities
Ability to develop comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies
Strong analytical skills with experience in advanced attribution modeling
Excellent presentation and communication skills for C-level interactions
Project management expertise with ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
Business acumen with understanding of different industries and business models

Working Arrangements
Schedule & Location
PH Hours Required: 9am-6pm
Flexible hybrid working arrangement available, mandatory 1 office day per week in Makati
Occasional travel for client meetings and industry events (20%-40%)
Team Collaboration
Work closely with specialists in Paid Media, Social Media Management, SEO, web development, creative, and analytics
Regular collaboration with junior teams and client teams.
Required to manage up to 4-6 junior team members
