Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Overview : Manages and integrates end-to-end management of Client's marketing communications campaigns. Collaborates with different internal groups to ensure implementation of Growth Strategy in brand stewardship and client management.

Growth in Business

  • Collaborates with CEO & Partners to initiate projects that will achieve the maximum growth target.
  • Looks out for additional projects and new portfolio assignments and reports these business opportunities to the CEO & Partners.
  • Assists in the preparation of his/her account's revenue forecast.
  • Ensures attainment of expected revenue goals and profitability for the year for assigned accounts
  • Ensures zero agency absorbs for all projects handled.
  • Oversees junior account executives in ensuring timely submission of signed CEs, advertising expenditure reports and budget update reports.

Market & Brand Knowledge

  • Develops under the guidance of the CEO & Partners all Growth Creation Plans for each account handled
  • Collaborates with Media group in analyzing consumer research data and crafting of the campaign strategy.

Quality Control & Operations Excellence

  • Crystallizes Client briefs. Provides general directions on how to meet Client requirements, objectives and strategies.
  • Ensures flawless end-to-end execution of the project within agreed timelines.
  • Oversees the timely submission of Agency documents.
  • Leads and inspires the Creative team to develop creative work while meeting Client's objectives.

Client Management

  • Renders excellent service to Clients via quality of output, speed of delivery, initiatives
  • Collaborates with the CEO & Partners in communicating Agency POVs on critical issues.
  • Suggests alternative ideas and solutions that address Client's concern or problems, if any.
  • Profiles Client personalities for better client management and more effective servicing style
  • Renders excellent client servicing that contributes to a harmonious working relationship.
  • Cultivates healthy interpersonal dynamics with Clients.
  • Able to lead meetings and writes, polishes and delivers major presentations.
