Role Description

The role of SEM/PPC Specialist is to ensure our clients&apos campaign success and closely collaborate with Account Managers to deliver excellent results to our clients.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Video (YouTube) platforms
  • Keyword Research
  • Competition Analysis
  • Execute strategies for lead generation and sales enhancement for local and eCommerce businesses
  • Maintain and optimise campaigns to meet targeted KPIs such as Conversion Rates and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
  • Landing page recommendations
  • Conduct detailed campaign analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and scaling
  • Oversee the performance of both lead-generation campaigns (Search) and brand-awareness campaigns (Display and Video), implementing effective targeting strategies
  • Collaborate with other team members to integrate SEM strategies with broader digital marketing efforts
  • Manage multiple accounts and allocate time efficiently based on campaign needs and performance
  • Stay updated with the latest Google Ads techniques and strategies to generate results for your clients
  • Experience with Google Ads scripts and conver
  • Advanced knowledge of conversion tracking and conversion attribution through GA4
  • Regularly report on campaign performance using advanced data visualisation tools and dashboards
  • Provide strategic insights to enhance client ROI and campaign effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Google Ads and Bing Ads, ideally in an agency environment managing multiple clients.
  • Proven track record of success in generating leads and sales through Google Ads for various business types
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads platforms
  • Deep understanding of all Google Ads types including Search, Display, Shopping, and Video
  • Experience with digital advertising tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Google Data Studio
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Project management experience, preferably with tools like Asana & Basecamp.
  • Fluent in English with excellent writing and speaking skills
  • Google Ads certification
  • Experience with Bing Ads management

Bonus Skills

  • Agency experience
  • Advanced knowledge of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) techniques
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools and strategies
  • Knowledge of additional PPC platforms (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
