Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Supervisor to lead the SEM and Social Ads teams supporting the Local Search account. This role is responsible for overseeing campaign delivery across Google Ads and Meta Ads, ensuring quality, SLA, productivity, and performance targets are met while providing leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop SEM and Social Ads Analysts, ensuring high performance and adherence to operational targets.
- Oversee campaign builds, optimizations, launches, and change requests across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Monitor team performance against SLA, AHT, quality, productivity, and resource utilization metrics, driving continuous improvement.
- Manage escalations, quality audits, reporting, workload distribution, and process enhancements to improve efficiency and delivery.
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders by providing performance updates, operational insights, and resolution plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in SEM and/or Social Ads campaign management, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager/Business Suite.
- Strong people management, coaching, and performance management skills in a metrics-driven environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience preparing operational or client-facing reports.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint Certifications.
- Experience leading multi-skilled digital marketing teams.
- Background supporting local or multi-location business accounts.
- Experience presenting business reviews and performance updates to clients.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, or similar workflow management tools.
