Selling Sales Manager (Account Manager)

Position Summary

The Selling Sales Manager (Account Manager) is primarily responsible for achieving personal sales targets through active selling, client acquisition, and account management. This role focuses on direct revenue generation without supervisory or manpower responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Production

  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Promote and sell company real estate projects.
  • Conduct project presentations, digital presentations, and site trippings.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide professional property consultations.
  • Assist in closing deals and securing sales bookings.

2. Booking & Documentation Support

  • Ensure complete and accurate submission of reservation and sales documents.
  • Coordinate with Admin, Accreditation, and Compliance teams for smooth processing.
  • Monitor buyer payments and assist clients in post-booking requirements.

3. Pipeline & Account Management

  • Generate and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and referral networks.
  • Maintain accurate sales tracker and CRM updates.

4. Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Conduct prospecting through digital, referral, and network channels.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and booth manning activities.
  • Develop personal marketing strategies to drive sales performance.

5. Compliance & Professional Standards

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and real estate regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain updated accreditation and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • At least 23 years real estate sales experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong closing and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and highly motivated.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
