Job Description:
We're looking for an Operations professional who thrives on ownership, loves turning ideas into execution, and is excited about using AI to rethink how ecommerce operations work. This role will own high-impact projects end to end, while designing and integrating AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency and elevate the seller and buyer experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Highly analytical, quantitative background Strong problem solving skills with the ability to draw insights from large data sets and design practical and scalable solutions
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and operational processes
- Leverage AI to enhance seller and buyer experiences (e.g. support, fulfillment, insights, personalization)
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business goals
- -Strong sense of ownership self-motivated, proactive in learning and able to work under pressure
- - Excellent verbal and written communication skills strong slide-making skills required, with the ability to synthesize information for executive-level audiences
- Able to act upon constructive feedback and handle high stress situations
Requirements:
- Experience in operations, strategy, or program management within ecommerce, marketplaces, or tech-enabled businesses
- Proven ability to own projects from concept through execution and iteration
- Strong understanding of how AI, automation, and workflow tools can be applied in real business contexts
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or system integrations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills strong slide-making skills required, with the ability to synthesize information for executive-level audiences
