Responsible for achieving category targets by ensuring team members are allocated properly
Oversee KPIs for Relationship Managers and manage seller allocation.
Work closely with stakeholders such as mandarin-speaking sellers to communicate key progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
Evaluate, forecast and track key account metrics
Provide in-depth insight on assigned category to Category Managers / Team Leads in order to execute overall category strategies in line with the brand's goals
Prepare status reports on multiple accounts
Requirements
Proficient in Mandarin (verbal and written) to liaise with local mandarin-speaking sellers and other stakeholders
Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Management is preferred
Has 4 to 8 years of relevant experience
Logical thinker with strong problem solving skills
Able to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment to drive key business objectives
Able to deliver quality work while meeting deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Must be flexible to conduct seller visits in different locations
