Job Description:
As a Product PIC focusing on Seller Experience, you will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing the experience of sellers on our platform. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around understanding seller needs, strategizing product initiatives, and ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our sellers.
Core Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Feature Delivery
- Own operational delivery of product features from pre-production to stable live release.
- Define launch readiness framework: scope, GTM plan, risk matrix, rollout cadence, rollback criteria, and stability benchmarks.
- Map and manage cross-functional dependencies (Product, Engineering, QA, Legal, CS, Corp Affairs, vendors).
- Lead UAT coordination and convert business validation into clear go / no-go decisions.
- Ensure structured post-release monitoring and formal handover to BAU once stability criteria are met.
2. AI Product Operationalization
- Operationalize AI-driven features into safe, scalable workflows.
- Translate regional AI capabilities into local operational flows with defined acceptance metrics and fallback logic.
- Establish human-in-the-loop review frameworks and structured feedback cycles with Product and ML teams.
- Own internal AI assistants and automation tools: define performance standards and continuously improve outputs.
- Design automation solutions (chatbots, scripts, dashboards) that improve operational efficiency.
3. Compliance & Regulatory Execution
- Ensure feature launches and operational processes meet regulatory and internal policy standards.
- Conduct impact assessments for new requirements and translate them into operational SOPs.
- Implement documentation, training, and control mechanisms to achieve full deployment coverage.
- Act as the single operational point of contact during regulatory-related incidents or escalations.
- Maintain audit-ready records of decisions, approvals, and implementation evidence.
4. Operational Excellence & Incident Management
- Drive reliability, prevent recurrence, and institutionalize learning.
- Lead structured root-cause analysis during marketplace incidents.
- Coordinate cross-functional remediation and define proactive and reactive corrective actions.
- Design preventive control gates, quality checks, and monitoring triggers to reduce repeat failures.
5. Data, Performance & Impact Measurement
- Quantify feature health and operational impact.
- Define KPIs for feature adoption, operational stability, and efficiency gains.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting trackers for leadership visibility.
- Run targeted analyses to evaluate impact of launches, AI improvements, and automation initiatives.
- Translate insights into clear operational adjustments.
6. Stakeholder Enablement
- Drive alignment and adoption across teams.
- Lead cross-functional alignment sessions to ensure launch readiness and risk clarity.
- Create robust, rollout collateral, and training materials for frontline teams.
- Influence senior stakeholders through structured recommendations and risk-balanced proposals.
- Drive change management to ensure sustainable BAU adoption post-launch.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, or Product Strategy within fast-paced tech platforms (marketplace, e-commerce, fintech).
- Proven ownership of high-volume launches or major platform initiatives.
- Experience operationalizing AI/LLM-driven capabilities, including flow design and human review frameworks.
- Operationalizes complex risk requirements into turnkey execution plans that ensure full lifecycle compliance.
- Proficient in dashboarding and analytics tools (Looker Studio, Google Sheets SQL exposure preferred).
- Compelling communicator, sways executive stakeholders and maintains organizational clarity in high-pressure scenarios.
- Demonstrates ability to balance innovation with business risk in launch decisions.
