Lead and Acquisition Efforts: Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities to support Shopee's growth objectives, with ownership of assigned pipelines and targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Seller Operations, Relationship Managers, and Key Account Managers to ensure a seamless and efficient seller onboarding and post-acquisition handover.
Seller Onboarding Support: Guide and support sellers throughout the onboarding process, ensuring documentation, compliance, and platform requirements are completed accurately and on time.
Adapt to Change: Embrace an agile working environment with a readiness to adapt to new priorities, processes, and market conditions.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Deliver regular updates on acquisition performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 4–6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related commercial role, preferably within the e-commerce, marketplace, or tech industry.
Demonstrated success in client acquisition, deal execution, and relationship management.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Fluency in English is required; Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.
Experience with seller or partner onboarding processes is a strong advantage.
