The Systems Engineer is responsible for the implementation and deployment of FDC's security solutions for our clients. This role involves designing, installing, and supporting various security systems while ensuring they meet customer requirements and align with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy FDC Solutions for clients, ensuring secure implementations.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the functionality and benefits of our products and/or security solutions.
- Provide post-sales technical support and troubleshooting to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operation of deployed systems.
- Develop basic product management programs aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and reliability of deployed solutions.
- Install and configure Microsoft Solutions and associated technical environments for clients.
- Perform system analysis and business analysis functions as part of deployment projects.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Education
- BS Information Technology, BS Computer Science or other related course.
Skills & Experience
- At least 2-3 years of working experience with similar job responsibilities/description
- Good experience or familiarity with security systems such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS/IPS), antivirus software, authentication systems, and content filtering.
- Proficiency in network security principles and technologies.
- Familiarity with system, security, and network monitoring tools to ensure proactive security measures.
