Security System Operator

Specialist Qualifications:

Degree in IT, Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent technical experience

Advanced knowledge of VMS configuration, administration, and system architecture

Proficiency in access control panel programming and system integration

Strong understanding of IP networking (LAN, VLAN, PoE, TCP/IP)

Experience in system optimization, preventive maintenance, and firmware upgrades

Demonstrated capability in root-cause analysis and advanced troubleshooting

Strong documentation, audit compliance, and technical reporting skills

Lead advanced troubleshooting and system restoration

Configure, optimize, and maintain CCTV and access control systems

Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring technical issues

Oversee preventive maintenance programs

Supervise and mentor CCTV Operators

Ensure audit compliance and documentation accuracy

Coordinate with IT, Facilities, and external vendors
