Job Description:
- Maintain a database for open-source intelligence relevant to courier service.
- Conduct open-source intelligence gathering focusing on courier-service and SPX related incidents.
- Conduct investigations on parcel theft or pilferage amounting to at least P100,000.
- Investigate all types of internal fraud across all legs.
- Handle investigations on critical incidents that require special attention.
- Conduct investigation on other high profile cases as directed by the Security Lead and/or by the SPX top management.
- Conduct security investigations and intelligence operations on fraudulent or criminal activities including but not limited to the following:
- Surveillance
- Discreet inquiries
- Open-source checks
- Lifestyles checks
- Undercover operations
Requirements:
Educational Background & Certifications Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Security Management or any related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Certified Security Professional and Certified Security Investigator credentials will be considered as an advantage.
Experience Requirement
- Must have at least five (3) years of combined experience in security operations, investigation, and intelligence operations.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong understanding of security management, investigation, and intelligence operations.
- Strong analytical skills with basic knowledge in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent report writing skills.
