Ensure the effective operations of the Department by developing a sound business plan and efficient management of all Security team members and other resources.
Ensure to provide a high level administrative and communications support and assistance.
Maintain a safe and secure work environment for all employees and guests and to protect the entire resorts, its property, employees, guests and company assets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least five (5) years of experience in a similar managerial role.
Extensive experience in Hotel Security Management
Familiar with Security systems such as Gallagher, VMS, Itrak or Honeywell.
Familiar with Opera, Fidelio and MS Office applications;
Above average communication skills in both English and Filipino.
