Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience
Baccalaureate and/or Postgraduate degree in Military Operations, Police Operations, Security Studies, or a related field and a Licensed Security Professional certification
Strong technology and cybersecurity literacy
Proven experience in anti-insurgency, counter-insurgency, and counter-terrorism operations
Background in law enforcement and crime prevention
Expertise in intelligence gathering, analysis, and investigations
Experience in doctrine development and policy formulation
Comprehensive knowledge of security operations management
Demonstrated capability in strategic planning and organizational management
Proficiency in project management
Experience in guard force supervision and management
Proven ability to engage and coordinate with inter-government agencies at regional and national levels
