Security Engineer /SOC
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Security Engineer that protecting an organization's information systems by detecting, analyzing, and responding to cybersecurity threats. As a Security Engineer, monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, and respond to potential threats to protect our organization's IT infrastructure.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to monitor security systems and networks for suspicious activity and stay up-to-date on the latest threat intelligence.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
- Responsible to investigate security incidents and respond to threats and analyze security alerts and determine their validity.
- Responsible for troubleshooting network issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Information Technology, Computer Science, and Computer Engineering from any reputable school.
- Must have 3-5 years work experience as Security Engineer, SOC Analyst or any related.
- Must have experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems..
- Must be knowledgeable of ethical hacking and penetration testing (preferred).
- Relevant certifications such as Fortinet Certified Professional - Network Security, Fortinet Certified Solutions Specialist, Aruba Certified Switching/Mobility Professional or other industry-recognized certifications are highly desirable.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Cubao, Quezon City
