Role Overview

As a Security Architect, you will work closely with enterprise clients to design, implement, and optimize security solutions. You will handle end-to-end delivery from architecture and configuration to testing, deployment, and go-live support while ensuring solutions meet client business needs.

This is a client-facing, technical role requiring hands-on experience, problem-solving, and strong collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical integration and deployment of security solutions for enterprise customers
• Analyze client traffic and system architecture to tailor solutions for unique security challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Project Management, Product Support) to ensure smooth project delivery
• Provide documentation, configuration, testing, debugging, and go-live support
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients
• Conduct technical workshops, solution reviews, and training sessions with customers
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and proactively address technical issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and delivery standards
• Stay current with evolving technology through internal learning and development initiatives

Required Qualifications & Skills

35 years of hands-on experience in web and network security

Experience deploying and configuring security solutions such as:

oWeb Application Firewalls (WAF) rule configuration and tuning

oDDoS mitigation solutions

oContent Delivery Networks (CDN) and edge security concepts

oNetwork and firewall security (configuration, troubleshooting, design)

oCloud security fundamentals (IaaS/PaaS security, secure architecture)

Strong understanding of common web vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10)

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex security issues

Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Proactive, self-driven, and able to manage multiple client engagements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field
