Job Description

Responsibilities

Collect site situation update every 12 hours 24/7. From 0600hm-1800h reporting site must send situation report (SITREP) on or before 1800h. Shift from 1800h-0600h must send report on or before 0600h.
Analyze degree of incident reported. If major incident escalate to CSM and inform others through text messages and Viber groups.
Forward the updated details immediately to DHL concern and CSM.
Prepare backup and contingencies.
Monitor hourly all sites during inclement weather and other non-normal situation.
Prepare consolidated report every after operation and submit to CSM.
Log all important matters to Security Tracker Log Details.
Identify vital installations, services and vulnerable areas, which if damaged or disrupted will cause cease of operation. Mark on site plan.
Plan and record additional security protective measures to meet the various emergency situations
Physical security of vital installations and critical areas
Protecting vital documents, records, cash and back-up computer data
Moving of materials and vehicles from external to secure internal areas or off-site locations
Protecting telephone lines and cables
Identifying alternative sources of supply, e.g. raw materials, services and fuels recurrence

Requirements

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Criminology or any relevant field.
- Certified and Licensed Security Professional is a plus
- At least 3 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Familiar with the security requirement in the Supply Chain environment.
- With high level of Integrity
- Good investigation and facilitation skills
- Proficient in MS Office Application (MS Exel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word)
- Full-Time position(s) available.
