Job Description

The Secretary serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders of the Area or Region Office. This is a full-time role that supports the smooth and efficient daily operations of the bank. The position requires strong proficiency in office systems, professional communication, and coordination skills.

What you will do

  • Manage daily calendars and schedules of the Area Head, including meetings and appointments
  • Handle and manage official emails, ensuring timely responses and proper coordination with concerned parties
  • Coordinate internal meetings, events, and office activities
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other required documents
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for accurate record-keeping
  • Provide front-line administrative support through call handling and visitor coordination
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks to support the team as needed

What we are looking for

  • At least one to two years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant is an advantage
  • Experience in banking or financial services is an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proven ability to handle professional email communication with discretion
  • Experience in basic event and meeting coordination
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work under pressure with effective priority management
