We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional
Secretary to support our New Airport Development Project team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a significant infrastructure initiative while working in a dynamic, project-based environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage correspondence, scheduling, and documentation for project team
- Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain accurate minutes
- Records Management: Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for project documents
- Communication: Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
- Calendar Management: Coordinate schedules for project leadership and stakeholders
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate project databases and administrative records
- Office Operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning and resource management
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of secretarial or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional demeanor and discretion with confidential information
- Local residency in Dumaguete or willingness to relocate
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in project-based or construction environments
- Knowledge of airport operations or infrastructure projects
- Bilingual capabilities (English and local languages)
- Experience with project management software
- Administrative certification or training
