Job Description

The SEO Staff plays a supportive yet critical role in advancing the digital initiatives of Vista Land. As part of the Corporate Communications team, the position contributes to the company's mission by executing essential search engine optimization (SEO) and digital platform management tasks that strengthen the customer journey across all digital channels under the Vista Land brand.

Working under the supervision of the SEO Lead, the role ensures the proper application of technical and content-related SEO best practices, while supporting digital platform optimization to enhance user experience, improve lead generation, and strengthen the company's online presence.

This position collaborates with various digital teams within Vista Land, supports data-driven digital initiatives, and assists in implementing innovation strategies led by the department.

Key Functions and Responsibilities

A. Brand Management and Administration

Ensure that all published digital content complies with the branding guidelines set by the Vista Land Corporate Communications Department.

Maintain consistency in tone, structure, and brand identity across all SEO-related materials and digital platforms.

B. Website Management

Assist in updating and maintaining the official websites of Vista Land and its brands, ensuring content, functionality, and page structure are optimized.

Implement SEO best practices, including keyword integration, meta tag optimization, internal linking, and link-building strategies.

Utilize digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Hotjar, and Screaming Frog to monitor website performance and generate reports.

Support A/B testing and multivariate testing initiatives aimed at improving user experience and conversion rates.

C. Strategy, Analytics, and Innovation

Collect and analyze performance data from digital platforms to support SEO strategies and digital marketing initiatives.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve page performance, search rankings, and campaign effectiveness.

Assist in maintaining and optimizing online platforms such as the Online Reservation Portal, Online Appointment System, CRM, and Sellers Portal, ensuring they adhere to current SEO standards.

D. Support Duties

Coordinate with SEO writers, developers, and digital teams to ensure the proper implementation of technical SEO improvements.

Collaborate with internal departments and external consultants when required.

Provide administrative support for SEO documentation, reporting, and performance tracking.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the SEO Lead or Department Head.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications

Educational Attainment

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

At least one (1) year of relevant experience in digital marketing, SEO, or content management.

Technical Skills

Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.

Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Hotjar, and Screaming Frog.

Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Statamic.
