Scrum Master

The Scrum Master is accountable for enabling effective, predictable and high-quality team-level delivery within the Product Delivery Team.

This role ensures disciplined and transparent delivery by aligning team execution with PI objectives, program priorities, and project commitments. It proactively manages risks, dependencies, and impediments while driving continuous improvement through structured feedback and lessons learned, enabling consistent and successful delivery outcomes

Qualification & Experience:

• Atleast 5+ years experience operating as a Scrum Master or equivalent agile delivery role within structured delivery framewor
• ksProven experience facilitating agile ceremonies and managing team delivery caden
• ceExperience working in cross-functional digital or technology delivery tea
• msDemonstrated ability to manage delivery flow, impediments and team coordinati
• onExperience supporting delivery alignment with Program, Project or ART-level rol
• esStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Good to have:

• Certification in Scrum, SAFe or equivalent agile frameworks
• Experience in scaled agile environments or enterprise delivery models
• Experience working in professional services or complex stakeholder environment
• Exposure to program or portfolio delivery structures

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate sprint ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives.
• Align team activities with PI objectives and program delivery expectations
• Proactively manage delivery flow at team level, ensuring work progresses efficiently
• Identify, resolve or escalate impediments impacting delivery progress
• Ensure timely escalation of risks impacting sprint execution
• Provide structured updates aligned to program and ART reporting requirements
• Maintain visibility of delivery performance, including flow and predictability
• Ensure team delivery aligns to broader program and portfolio priorities

The role operates as the team-level execution and flow enablement layer, and will working closely:

• Release Train Engineers (ART-level coordination and PI alignment
• Product Owners (backlog prioritisation and readiness
• Product Program and Project Managers (delivery alignment and execution control)
