Job Description
At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead
Practical knowledge of Scrum principles and agile software delivery practices.
Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or comparable delivery management tools.
-Experience supporting teams delivering automation, workflow, digital transformation, data, analytics, or AI-enabled solutions.
-Experience in benefits administration, outsourcing, financial services, health and benefits, or another regulated or operationally complex environment.C5
