Order Management
-
Work closely with internal Customer Support Team to ensure precise order
entries.

Process orders to MT suppliers.

updating of logistics monitoring report
Assist Logistics Executive
in updating the customer support team for the status of their Sales Order.
Proactively provide status
of items with longer lead time to meet the customer timeline.
Ensure accurate processing
of ERP delivery documents for smooth delivery of goods and for reliable
reference of sales invoices issuance.
Responsible for shipping of
returned items to MT suppliers whenever applicable.
Archiving of logistics
documents regularly to ensure proper records keeping.
Warehouse inventory
management

Manages
MTPH stockroom/warehouse.

Responsible
for performing monthly inventory counts, ensure reconciliation of all stocks
per record and per actual count.

Organizing
on-stock items and maintaining proper stocking in shelves.

Follow
procedures in processing all non-conforming goods or returns as required.

Responsible
for the coordination of incoming goods and daily dispatches as per requirements
by the customer support team.

Ensure
correct dispatching and in good condition of goods to the customer.

Responsible
for keeping appropriate documentation and logs to support all planned delivery.
Back-up to the Local
Purchaser whenever needed
Provide suggestions within
area of responsibility to Logistics Executive as needed
Responsible for providing
accurate reports to track performance and enable decision making
Actively participate in
continuous improvement and problem-solving activities within the unit.
At
least a Diploma, Advance Diploma or equivalent
At
least 1-2 years working experience, preferably in Logistics/Transportation/Supplier
Chain Industry
Good
understanding of INCOTERMS for International Trade in Trading Industry
Knowledge
of LC is an added advantage
Good command of English, both spoken and
written
