SN Aboitiz Power (SNAP) is looking for a SCM Expediter, Assistant to support the timely and efficient execution of Supply Chain Management (SCM) procurement and logistics activities. Reporting to the Central Procurement Lead, this role is the vital link between buyers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure that contracts are executed and delivery timelines are strictly met.
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement Liaison: Serves as the primary contact between internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues regarding specifications, order quantities, and schedules.
- Expediting & Tracking: Proactively tracks all Purchase Orders (POs) and contracts, recommending solutions to mitigate disruptions and ensure on-time delivery.
- Logistics Coordination: Manages post-PO activities, including goods receiving, import/export documentation, and coordinating with logistics providers for smooth customs clearance.
- Administrative Oversight: Reviews documentation for accuracy (e.g., Delivery Receipts, Sales Invoices) and maintains a systematic filing system for audit purposes.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepares monthly Expediter's reports and KPI dashboards, analyzing coordination issues to improve supply chain performance.
- Compliance: Ensures all activities comply with SCM policies, industry regulations, and Integrated Management Systems (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment).
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of working experience in procurement and logistics.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, e-Bidding, and Procurement Systems.
- Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes (i-Proc, inventory, and payment applications).
