Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Education, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage)
- Licensed teacher (or eligible for licensure)
- Proven experience in teaching science at the relevant grade level
- Strong understanding of progressive and student-centered teaching approaches
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment to values education and character formation
