WE ARE HIRING: SCHOOL REGISTRAR
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Education, or other related fields
At least 23 years experience in school administration (experience in a private school setting preferred) or records management
Key Competencies
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet
Good oral and written communication skills in English
Strong records and data management skills
Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office
Knowledge of DepEd student documentation standards
Customer-service oriented
Key Responsibilities
Custodian of all student academic records
Oversees enrollment documentation and transcript issuance
Ensures compliance with school and regulatory policies
Coordinates graduation and academic reporting requirements
Creates and releases circulars to be distributed to parents of the school community
