Job Summary
- To ensure organizational compliance with mandates from Card Schemes (MasterCard and Visa) by centrally sourcing, analyzing, disseminating, and monitoring critical bulletin information, coordinating cross-functional stakeholder engagement to drive timely implementation, and mitigating the risk of regulatory penalties.
How will you contribute
- Data Sourcing from Card Schemes (External): Extract Bulletins from the MasterCard and Visa portal, perform initial review and analysis and assign the bulletins to the appropriate stakeholders impacted by the announcement.
- Information dissemination: Associate lead the cascade and monthly meetings to gather stakeholder's feedback and bulleting status updates.
- Mandate monitoring: Officer shall maintain comprehensive, accurate monitoring of all bulletins including updates/ feedback from stakeholders and must ensure o get stakeholder's confirmation if already compliant.
- Implementation monitoring: The monitoring officer is also responsible for reminding stakeholders about the data integrity issues to avert penalties.
- Cross-Functional Leadership (Internal): Work with and lead teams across different departments, such as Transaction Banking Group, Credit Card, Retail Banking Group, IT, Operations, Data Science, Compliance, Risk, etc. to achieve program goals.
What will make you successful
- At least a college graduate in related field such as business, finance or management
- Must have at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the banking industry, specifically credit or debit card operations, is preferred.
