What You'll Do

  • Schedule and confirm physician examinations using internal systems, doctor portals, and phone coordination
  • Communicate with physician offices to ensure appointments meet case‑specific specialty and location requirements
  • Coordinate ancillary services required to support scheduled examinations
  • Maintain accurate and timely scheduling records within system databases
  • Handle high volumes of calls while managing multiple cases and deadlines
  • Provide scheduling and administrative support to other offices as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and perform additional duties as assigned

Key Criteria


  • 2+ years of voice or administrative support experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Proficient in handling high-volume calls and administrative tasks.
  • Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • High attention to detail with strong accuracy, quality control, and documentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and familiar with PDF/TIFF formats.

Work setup:


  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST with a full onsite work arrangement.
