Overview
We are looking for an experienced Scheduler / Office Manager to manage daily scheduling and operations for a growing trades-based business (HVAC, Plumbing, Handyman, or similar). This role is critical to keeping technicians productive, routes efficient, and customers satisfied. You must be a self-starter who can take ownership without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize daily and weekly schedules for 3 or more field technicians
- Plan efficient routes to minimize drive time and maximize job completion
- Coordinate jobs, reschedules, cancellations, and emergency calls
- Communicate clearly with technicians regarding assignments and changes
- Serve as the central point of coordination between customers, technicians, and management
- Maintain accurate records of schedules, job statuses, and technician availability
- Identify scheduling bottlenecks and proactively improve workflows
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as a Scheduler or Office Manager for a trades company (HVAC, Plumbing, Handyman, Electrical, etc.)
- Hands-on experience creating schedules and routes for 3+ technicians
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative without being micromanaged
- Comfortable handling a fast-paced, ever-changing schedule
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Tech-savvy (CRM, scheduling software, Google Workspace, etc.)

Compensation: 35,000 Php per month
