Location: Makati (Hybrid, onsite once a week)
Schedule: 9 am - 6 pm
Qualifications
— SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management consultant with at least 5+ years of experience with Implementations.
— Having hands-on experience to lead and guide the implementation team.
— 5+ end to end implementations experience.
— Experience of any other module of SFSF like Employee Central Payroll, compensation, Recruiting, onboarding is an added advantage.
Job Overview
— Oversee and drive project execution for SuccessFactors implementations and Digital HR advisory services.
— Serve as the key point of contact for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting projects.
— Offer SME guidance and support project teams by connecting them with the right expertise within client's global network, the SAP community, or external stakeholders to address challenges, mitigate risks, and develop solutions for SuccessFactors implementations.
— Lead the design, build, testing, and deployment phases for a Digital HR team of 5-10 members, leveraging deep technical and functional expertise in SuccessFactors.
— Conduct quality reviews and provide assurance for milestone-based deliverables.
— Possess hands-on experience with Integration Center and CPI integrations.
— Collaborate with application management and legacy IT support teams.
— Experience with custom BTP applications, SAP alliances, and partner products like Workforce Solutions, DocuSign, and Centrical is an added advantage.
