We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
SAP FI/CO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and a deep understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes. This role involves configuring SAP FI/CO modules, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering robust financial solutions that align with business objectives.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements related to financial accounting and controlling processes.
- Work closely with SAP specialists (ABAP, MDM, MM, WM, SD) to ensure seamless integration and data consistency across modules.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical design documents.
- Configure and customize SAP FI/CO modules, including:
- FI: Chart of Accounts, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Accounting
- CO: Controlling Area, Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP FI/CO modules, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Perform system maintenance tasks, including updates and upgrades.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and obtain necessary approvals.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions and develop user manuals to support end-user adoption.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- Proven experience as an SAP FI/CO Specialist
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6.0.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes in a business context.
- Proficiency in configuring SAP FI/CO modules as listed above.
- Solid knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (MM, WM, SD, PP).
- Ability to write functional specifications for ABAP programming.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- And willing to report 100% onsite in Banawe, Quezon City, as well as in Distribution
Centers when needed
