SAP Specialist

What you'll be doing

• Provide expert-level support and guidance on the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the ONE SAP RISE platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse business requirements and design tailored solutions
• Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure seamless integration and performance of the ONE SAP RISE system
• Develop and deliver training materials to educate end-users on the effective utilization of the platform
• Troubleshoot any issues or concerns raised by clients and provide timely resolutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in the ONE SAP RISE ecosystem
• Document processes, procedures, and knowledge to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base

What we're looking for

• experience in a similar role, preferably in the Information & Communication Technology industry
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with the implementation and configuration of the ONE SAP RISE platform
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering high-quality solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and identify innovative solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
