actively hiring over the course of a year.

The Role
The ideal candidate will focus on identifying ways to enhance business value by assessing processes, capturing requirements, and defining effective solutions. You will be translating business needs into technology-driven solutions and operating models, supporting transformation efforts through business case development and implementation guidance.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Actively participate and contribute in team discussions.
- Provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with technology solutions.
- Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure project success.
- Provide guidance and support during the implementation of business solutions and initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- Expert proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Alternatively, 2 years of experience in SAP APO can also be accepteD
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis.
- Experience with change management methodologies.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable plans.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
- Experience in stakeholder management and communication.
