Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant to deliver end-to-end Sales & Distribution solutions as part of large-scale ERP and digital transformation programs.

This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize order-to-cash (O2C) processes within SAP, ensuring seamless integration with other modules such as MM, FI, and logistics execution.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations, particularly in S/4HANA environments, and can drive both functional design and system delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support SAP SD implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, and deployment

• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications

• Configure SAP SD modules including:

Sales Order Processing

Pricing & Billing

Shipping & Delivery

Credit Management

Output Determination

• Manage order-to-cash (O2C) processes and ensure alignment with business operations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, WM/EWM) for end-to-end integration

• Support S/4HANA migration, rollout, or system enhancements

• Perform SIT/UAT testing, defect resolution, and go-live support

• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvements

• Develop functional documentation, configuration guides, and training materials

• Support client workshops and solution design sessions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field

• 3–8+ years of SAP SD experience

• Hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration and support

• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes

• Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consulting or system integrator environment (e.g., Big 4, Accenture, IBM, etc.)

• Knowledge of integration with SAP MM, FI, WM/EWM, and TM

• Experience in global rollouts or multi-country implementations

• Familiarity with IDocs, APIs, or SAP integrations

• SAP SD Certification is a plus
