We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead our SAP implementation projects in the Southeast Asia region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale SAP projects and will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery that meets business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage SAP implementation projects from initiation to closure.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and document project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with SAP methodologies and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate training and support for end-users post-implementation.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate third-party service providers.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 8-18 years of experience in SAP project management or related field.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP MM, and SAP SD.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
