About the Role
This role is essential for overseeing the operational aspects of SAP alliances and ensuring compliance with partner requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities related to SAP alliances, ensuring processes are followed and documentation is maintained.
- Support compliance requirements for SAP programs, including partner authorizations and funding guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage alliance-related activities, demand generation, meetings, and communications.
- Maintain and update key trackers, portals, and knowledge repositories to ensure information accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist in managing invoicing, budgeting, and reporting processes to support financial and operational transparency.
- Act as a point of contact for operational queries and provide guidance on alliance processes and tools.

- Strong understanding of SAP ecosystem and partner programs.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and SharePoint.
