The S/4HANA Migration Test Coordinator supports SAP S/4HANA transformation programs by planning, coordinating, and managing testing activities related to data migration, system integration, and business process validation. This role ensures effective test execution, defect management, and readiness for cutover and go-live.
Work Setup: Day shift; Onsite One Griffinstone Alabang, Project Deployment (1 Year)
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end testing activities for SAP S/4HANA migration, including unit, system, integration, UAT, and regression testing
- Develop and manage the migration test plan, schedule, and dependencies aligned with the S/4HANA program timeline
- Coordinate with business process owners, IT, SAP functional teams, and external vendors to support test execution
- Ensure test scenarios cover end-to-end S/4HANA migrated data, interfaces, and business processes
- Manage test cycles, track execution status, and report progress and risks to program leadership
- Coordinate defect triage, prioritization, retesting, and closure
- Validate data migration results and support mock conversions and cutover rehearsals
- Ensure readiness for UAT, cutover, and go-live from a testing perspective
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience supporting SAP testing or ERP migration testing
- Strong understanding of migration concepts, including data conversion and process validation
- Experience coordinating testing across multiple teams and workstreams
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and test lifecycle management
- Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., ALM, Jira, Solution Manager)
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to translate technical test results into clear business updates
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations
- Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, SAP Activate, or similar methodologies
- Exposure to data migration objects, reconciliation, and validation testing
- Experience supporting UAT and go-live readiness activities
- SAP certification or testing certification (e.g., ISTQB)
