Apache Jmeter/ Grafana K6

Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:

A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software solutions. The role includes continuous testing activities across security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites. The position requires active participation in creating and maintaining automation strategies and scripts, as well as supporting data and environment configurations. Monitoring and reporting defects are integral to fostering continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring that the final product meets the highest standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to enhance productivity.

- Support the development and implementation of best practices to improve testing processes.

- Mentor team members to build technical expertise and promote knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Apache JMeter.

- Strong understanding of performance testing concepts and methodologies.

- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts for load and stress testing.

- Familiarity with integrating testing tools into continuous integration and delivery pipelines.

- Ability to analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve application performance.

- Solid knowledge of scripting languages and test environment configuration.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Apache JMeter.
