We are seeking an experienced SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in SAP MDG, with a strong background in master data management, data governance, and SAP implementation projects. The consultant will work closely with clients to design, implement, and support SAP MDG solutions, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Lead SAP MDG implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Develop and maintain master data governance strategies, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Design and implement data models, workflows, and validation rules in SAP MDG
- Conduct data quality assessments, data cleansing, and data migration activities
- Provide expert-level support for SAP MDG-related issues and incidents
- Develop and deliver training programs for clients and support teams
- Stay updated with latest SAP MDG trends, best practices, and innovations
*Technical Skills:*
- SAP MDG (S/4HANA, ERP, CRM, SRM)
- Master data management, data governance, and data quality
- SAP data modeling, data migration, and data integration
- SAP workflow, BRF+, and UI configuration
- ABAP, SAP HANA, and SAP Fiori
- Experience with SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Activate)
*Soft Skills:*
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with client-facing interactions and stakeholder management
*Certifications:*
- SAP MDG certification (preferred)
- SAP Certified Application Associate or Professional (preferred)
*Experience:*
- 5-8 years of experience in SAP MDG, with at least 2+ years in a lead or senior consultant role
- Experience in multiple SAP MDG implementation projects
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ERP, CRM, or SRM (preferred)
