We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Consultant with 58 years of hands-on expertise in SAP MDG, master data management, and SAP implementation projects. The consultant will work directly with clients to design, implement, and support SAP MDG solutions while ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance.

• Strong experience in SAP MDG (S/4HANA, ERP, CRM, SRM)
• Master data management, data governance, and data quality concepts
• SAP data modeling, data migration, and data integration
• SAP Workflow, BRF+, and UI configuration
• ABAP, SAP HANA, and SAP Fiori
• Experience with SAP methodologies (ASAP, Activate)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable handling client-facing roles and stakeholders

• SAP MDG Certification (preferred)
• SAP Certified Application Associate or Professional (preferred)

• 58 years of solid SAP MDG experience
• Minimum 2 years in a lead or senior consultant role
• SAP S/4HANA, ERP, CRM, or SRM experience (preferred)
• Must be willing to work onsite in Makati and Taguig
• No frequent job hopping (no <1-year stints per company)
• Can start immediately

• Lead SAP MDG implementation including design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Develop and maintain MDG strategies, governance rules, and policies
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Design and configure data models, workflows, and validation rules
• Conduct data quality checks, data cleansing, and migration activities
• Provide expert-level support for SAP MDG issues
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to clients and support teams
• Stay updated on SAP MDG best practices and innovations
