Salary: Up to Php 150,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)

Role Overview
This role focuses on SAP Manufacturing Operationsspecifically Production Planning (PP), Process Industries (PP-PI), and Quality Management (QM)to ensure end-to-end process excellence and alignment between business objectives and SAP system capabilities in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the scoping and framing of transformation initiatives within the SAP Manufacturing Operations (PP, PP-PI, QM) domain.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization to enhance efficiency, standardization, and scalability.
Contribute to the redesign of core process models to ensure harmonized and consistent solutions across manufacturing sites and business units.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define manufacturing transformation and support roadmaps aligned with broader supply-chain and operational strategies.
Participate in SAP implementations, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide expert functional support for SAP Manufacturing modules including production planning, process orders, shop-floor control, and quality management.
Maintain high-quality documentation such as process flows, functional specifications, test scenarios, and user guides.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
810 years of experience in international SAP projects focused on Manufacturing Operations (PP, PP-PI, QM), covering design, support, and optimization phases.
Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes, including integration with Supply Chain and Finance.
Expertise in both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing environments.
Proven experience leading workshops, gathering business requirements, and designing effective SAP solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including direct client engagement.
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to align SAP solutions with business objectives.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
Familiarity with Signavio, Tricentis, or similar process modeling and testing tools is a plus.
Willingness to work onsite 23 days per week in McKinley, Taguig on a mid-shift schedule.
