Job Summary:

We're building our freelance talent pool for upcoming SAP projects. As an SAP Consultant, you'll be responsible for supporting system configurations, troubleshooting issues, and resolving tickets related to the SAP system.

We are looking for Experts on the following modules:

Netweaver Java Enterprise

Java Application Server

S/4 Hana Public Cloud

ERP: Billing

ERP:: Purchasing

ERP:: AP,AR

ERP:: Sales Order

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and resolve assigned support tickets in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide documentation or knowledge-sharing as needed for recurring issues
• Ensure alignment with client-specific business processes and compliance requirements
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and empathy.
• Deliver clear and concise solutions to end-users in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with SAP Module
• Strong understanding of SAP system workflows
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, ticket-based environment
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
