We are seeking experienced IT Project Supervisors to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key technology initiatives that align with enterprise goals. This includes ERP rollouts, system integrations, infrastructure modernization, and digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in SAP (S/4HANA, ECC 6.0, and other SAP solutions), Salesforce, Oracle, ERP systems, and Data Management Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor project activities, ensuring progress aligns with defined timelines and quality requirements.
- Document project updates, risks, and issues, supporting project managers in keeping stakeholders informed.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support IT deployments, SAP/Hana rollouts, and other strategic initiatives across the organization.
- Apply project management tools and methodologies to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 35 years experience in IT or business project coordination, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and productivity tools; working knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Experience supporting ERP/SAP rollouts or IT deployments is an advantage.
- Open to working on a hybrid setup in Ortigas or Novaliches.
