WE ARE HIRING: SAP Helpdesk Analyst (L1 & L2)

We are looking for SAP Helpdesk Analysts (L1 & L2) to provide functional and technical support across our SAP environment. Candidates will focus either on SAP SuccessFactors, Platform Technology, and/or Solution Manager modules.

You are not expected to have experience across all areas. We are looking for candidates who are fully proficient in at least 1 of the skill sets listed below, whether in functional or technical domains within the SAP ecosystem. Having knowledge and experience in more than 1 skill set/module is also a plus.

Specialization Tracks

SAP SuccessFactors (SF)

  • Employee Central (EC)
  • HCM
  • Learning Management System (LMS)

SAP Platform Technology (PT)

  • Change Transport System (CTS)
  • SAP Web Dispatcher
  • System Upgrades

SAP Solution Manager

  • Implementation
  • Operations

Role Overview

As an SAP Helpdesk Analyst, you will act as the first point of contact for SAP incidents and service requests. You will troubleshoot issues, provide support to end users, and collaborate with technical teams for escalations and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for SAP incidents and service requests
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SF Employee Central, HCM, LMS, as well as PT and Solution Manager modules
  • Assist with user access, provisioning, and compliance via SAP GRC
  • Work with SAP Basis/technical teams on system checks, CTS, Web Dispatcher, and upgrades
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration flows as needed
  • Participate in testing, updates, and minor configuration activities

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of SAP support experience
  • Hands-on experience with at least one of the specialization tracks listed above
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a service-oriented approach
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, HRIS, or related field
  • SAP certifications are a plus
