WE ARE HIRING: SAP Helpdesk Analyst (L1 & L2)

With Five Specialization Tracks Available

We are expanding our SAP Support organization and are looking for SAP Helpdesk Analysts (L1 & L2) to provide functional and technical support across our SAP landscape. Candidates may specialize in one of five SAP domains, covering both functional and technical areas.

1. SAP Platform Technology

2. SuccessFactors

  • Employee Central

3. SAP Ariba

  • Sourcing Events
  • Lifecycle & Performance Management
  • Purchase Order Processing
  • Billing

4. S/4HANA

  • FI (AR, AP, Financial Posting, GL, Asset Accounting, Taxes)
  • CO (Overhead Cost Controlling)
  • MM (Inventory, Purchase Orders, Business Partner)

Role Overview

As an SAP Helpdesk Analyst, you will support end users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure stable operations across our SAP systems. You will act as the first point of contact for incidents and service requests and collaborate with technical teams and vendors for escalations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for SAP incidents and service requests.
  • Perform troubleshooting, issue analysis, and resolution across your specialization area.
  • Support SAP SuccessFactors, S/4 modules, Ariba processes, or Platform Tech domains depending on assigned track.
  • Assist with SAP user access, provisioning, and compliance using SAP GRC.
  • Collaborate with SAP Basis and technical teams for system checks and basic technical tasks.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integrations, especially CPI/BTP and SuccessFactorsSAP interfaces.
  • Participate in testing, updates, and minor configuration or enhancement activities.

Requirements

  • 35+ years of SAP support experience
  • Hands-on knowledge in at least one of the specialization tracks
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (EC required for SF track; others a plus)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with a customer-service mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, HRIS, or related field; SAP certifications preferred
