WE ARE HIRING: SAP Helpdesk Analyst (L1 & L2)
We are looking for SAP Helpdesk Analysts (L1 & L2) to provide functional and technical support across our SAP environment. Candidates will focus either on SAP SuccessFactors, Platform Technology, and/or Solution Manager modules.
You are not expected to have experience across all areas. We are looking for candidates who are fully proficient in at least 1 of the skill sets listed below, whether in functional or technical domains within the SAP ecosystem. Having knowledge and experience in more than 1 skill set/module is also a plus.

Role Overview
As an SAP Helpdesk Analyst, you will act as the first point of contact for SAP incidents and service requests. You will troubleshoot issues, provide support to end users, and collaborate with technical teams for escalations and system enhancements.
